AiSensy is a WhatsApp Business API and engagement platform. It is the latest addition to our repertoire of already existing WhatsApp integrations like GupShup, GallaBox, and Wacto. 

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on integrating AiSensy with Corefactors and sending messages efficiently.

Step 1: Create a Template on the AiSensy Platform

1. Log in to your AiSensy account.
2. Navigate to the "Templates" section.
3. Click on "Create New Template."
4. Provide necessary details such as template name, category, and message content.
5. Submit the template for approval.
6. Once approved, the template will be available for use in campaigns.

Step 2: Create a Campaign on the AiSensy Platform

1. Go to the "Campaigns" section in AiSensy.
2. Click on "Create New Campaign."
3. Enter a campaign name and select the approved template.
4. Save and activate the campaign.

Step 3: Integrating AiSensy with API Key in Corefactors Application

1. Retrieve the API key from your AiSensy account under "Integration Settings."
2. Log in to your Corefactors account.
3. Navigate to "Integrations."
4. Select "AiSensy” under “WhatsApp," click on “Connect,” and enter the API key.
5. Save the configuration to establish the integration.

Step 4: Create a WhatsApp Template in Content Manager

1. Access the Content Manager in Corefactors.
2. Click on "Create New Template."
3. Provide a campaign name in the 2nd step (WhatsApp Template Information) and compose the message content.
4. Save the template for future use.

Step 5: Sending a WhatsApp Message from Lead Box

1. Open the Lead Box in Corefactors.
2. Select the lead for which you want to send a message.
3. Click on "WhatsApp Now."
4. Choose the appropriate template from the dropdown menu.
5. Click "Send" to dispatch the message.

Step 6: Recipient/Lead Receives the WhatsApp Message

Once the message is sent successfully, the recipient or lead will receive it on their WhatsApp account.

1. We also support WhatsApp Journey through the AiSensy integration.
2. With AiSensy integration, we can send WhatsApp messages directly from the Support Box using the WhatsApp Now feature.
