Setting Up TataSmartFlo Integration in Corefactors AI CRM
Prerequisites
In order to successfully integrate Smartflo with Corefactors
- You must have an active Smartflo Account. If you do not have one, please visit the vendor website
- Get your account KYC verified.
- From the API section, make a note of API Token.
- And active Corefactors account for admin user.
How to set up Smartflo Integration in Corefactors
Step 1: Login to Corefactors (https://tw1.teleduce.corefactors.in/login/) through admin credential.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Integration Page’ from the menu.
Step 3: Select ‘Telephony’ category from the available category options.
Step 4: Click Connect in TATA Tele Business Services card.
For Account API Token, visit Account API under Services in tha navigation menu of Tata Smartflo account interface.
Once Integration is completed, you will get the Green Tick Mark on the TATA Tele Business Services Integration Tab.
