Content Manager – Email Template Subject Auto-Populate
The new Email Template Subject Auto-Populate enhancement in Content Manager ensures faster email creation and helps maintain consistent subject lines across Lead Box and Support Box communications. This improvement reduces manual typing effort, simplifies template setup, and enables users to personalize subjects using Lead/Ticket-based attributes.
Key Improvements:
- Module Selection Support: Users can now select the module (Lead Box / Support Box) while creating email templates.
- Subject Field Visibility: Once the module is selected in Content Manager, the Subject field appears, allowing users to add the subject line directly while creating the template.
- Auto Subject Population: When the saved template is used in the selected module, the subject line auto-populates in the Email Now screen.
- Editable Before Sending: Users can still edit or override the subject before sending.
- Personalization Support: Add dynamic attributes such as:
• Ticket ID
• Loan Application Number
• Any mapped lead/ticket attribute.

- Saves time and eliminates repetitive manual typing.
- Ensures consistent subject lines for internal and external communication.
