Elisiontec Greeter Telephony Integration
Corefactors now supports integration with Elisiontec Greeter, a mobile-to-mobile telephony solution from Elisiontec.
This integration enables organizations to connect Elisiontec calling workflows directly with Corefactors CRM, allowing users to perform outbound calls from the CRM and automatically capture call activity inside the system.
The integration strengthens CRM-linked calling visibility while expanding telephony integration options for customers using Elisiontec solutions.

Integration Scope
Click-to-Call Integration
Users can now initiate outbound calls directly from the CRM using the Call Now functionality.
The integration connects Corefactors CRM with Elisiontec Greeter’s calling infrastructure, helping teams place calls faster without manually dialing numbers outside the CRM.
Automatic Call Log Capture
Once a call is completed, call activity is automatically pushed to CRM through webhook integration.
Captured details include:
• Incoming and outgoing call logs
• Call activity details
• Recording URLs
These logs become available inside the CRM Call Logs module for better visibility and tracking.
CRM-Linked Calling Visibility
The integration helps teams maintain centralized visibility into customer communication activities by connecting telephony interactions directly with CRM workflows.
This improves access to call history, recordings, and communication tracking from a single platform.
Important Note
Elisiontec provides two telephony solutions:
• Dialshree – Browser/extension-to-mobile based calling
• Greeter – Mobile-to-mobile based calling
This release currently supports only the Greeter telephony solution.
