A new “File Upload” webhook event has been added to Lead Box, expanding automation capabilities for lead-related document handling.

Key Highlights:

• Automatically trigger a webhook whenever a file (e.g., PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or supporting documents) is uploaded to a lead.
  
  
• The webhook sends file details — including name, type, upload time, and URL — to integrated third-party systems in real-time.
  
  
• Enables seamless integration with external workflows such as loan processing or document verification systems.
  
  
• Supports four Lead Webhook events now: Lead Create, Lead Update, Lead Convert, and Lead File Upload.
  
  

Note: File URLs remain valid for 7 days. External systems must capture and store the file during that time.
