Missed Call Campaign Enhancement

The Missed Call Campaign solution has been enhanced to improve campaign visibility, export usability, and API flexibility.

The enhancement focuses on making campaign management easier for users by improving homepage visibility of assigned missed call numbers, enabling standard export support for large datasets, and introducing better export formatting for reporting and analysis.

Additionally, the Missed Call Campaign API now supports campaign editing for future and inactive campaigns.

What’s New

Missed Call Number Visibility on Homepage

The assigned missed call number is now displayed directly within the campaign listing page.

This helps users quickly identify which missed call number is mapped to a particular campaign without needing additional verification or manual tracking.

Standard Export Support

Missed Call Campaigns now support standard export functionality for downloading campaign data more efficiently.

The enhancement improves handling of large datasets and provides a smoother export experience without performance-related limitations.

Improved Export File Structure

Exported files are now structured in a cleaner and more Excel-friendly format for easier reporting and analysis.

The export contains two separate sheets:

• Campaign Report
• Attendees Report

This helps users organize campaign data more effectively and improves readability during data review.

Campaign Edit API Support

The Missed Call Campaign API now supports editing functionality for:

• Future campaigns
• Inactive campaigns

This provides more flexibility for API-based campaign management and reduces dependency on manual campaign recreation for configuration changes.

Why It Matters

• Better visibility into campaign-to-number mapping
• Easier handling of large export datasets
• More structured and usable export reports
• Improved flexibility in API-driven campaign management
• Better overall campaign management experience
