The Email Conversation experience in Support Box has been upgraded to provide clearer visibility, easier navigation, and a more complete view of customer communication. These improvements help support teams respond faster and manage conversations effortlessly.
Key Highlights:
- Unified Email Thread: Inbound and outbound emails are now displayed in a single, continuous thread for better context and smoother communication.
- Improved Unread Email Indicator: The unread email icon has been refreshed to make new customer emails easier to identify at a glance.
- Attachments in Conversation: All email attachments are visible directly inside the conversation view, allowing agents to review shared files without leaving the page.
