  • Unified Email Thread: Inbound and outbound emails are now displayed in a single, continuous thread for better context and smoother communication.
  • Improved Unread Email Indicator: The unread email icon has been refreshed to make new customer emails easier to identify at a glance.
  • Attachments in Conversation: All email attachments are visible directly inside the conversation view, allowing agents to review shared files without leaving the page.
