The new Web-Based Calling (Extension-Based Calling) feature in Tata Smartflo allows agents to receive CRM-initiated manual calls directly on their laptops or desktops through a web interface.

Setup Requirements:
- Save the Smartflo Extension ID in the CRM user profile.
