AI - Lead Conversion Scoring – Phase II

Phase II of Lead Conversion Scoring improves how leads are evaluated and prioritised across Corefactors CRM. The updated scoring model provides more stability, clearer confidence levels, and actionable guidance for agents and managers.

The system automatically evaluates lead engagement and intent signals to generate scores and recommended actions—without requiring any changes to existing workflows.

Key Improvements:

  • Stable and predictable conversion scores (0–100).
  • The existing AI Conversation Score in Lead Box is now more stable and predictable, aligned with real CRM workflows.
  • Clear confidence levels from Very Low to Converted.
  • Action badges to guide next steps:
    • Follow Up Now
    • Nurture Later
    • Deprioritize
    • Get Feedback (for converted leads)
  • Automatic updates as new lead activities occur.
  • Click Summary / Metrics to open the Lead Analysis Summary panel and see the UI explanation behind the score — including brief summary, positive signals, negative signals, and actionable suggestions.
