Auto-Insertion of User Email Signatures in Manual Emails

The new enhancement ensures that the user’s saved signature is automatically included in all manual emails — improving speed, accuracy, and communication quality.

Key Improvements:

  • Automatic Signature Insertion: The system automatically inserts the user’s saved email signature into manual email compositions across the platform (Lead Box, Support Box, etc.).
  • One-Click Insert Option: A new “Insert Signature” button has been added inside the email editor, allowing users to reinsert the signature if it is removed while drafting.
  • Ensures Consistency: Every outgoing email maintains a standardized format and professional appearance.
