Streamline Lead Management with Custom Lead Layouts in Corefactors CRM

The new Lead Layout Solution transforms how teams manage and capture lead data. Instead of a single, cluttered lead form, teams can now create custom lead layouts tailored to their specific processes or product lines.

Key Highlights:

  • Streamlined Workflows: Teams view only relevant fields, improving focus and reducing clutter.

  • Improved Handoffs: Lead data transitions seamlessly between Pre-sales, Sales, and Post-sales teams with only necessary details shared.

  • Product-Specific Customization: Product-based teams (e.g., Loans vs. Credit Cards) can now have unique forms, eliminating irrelevant fields.

  • Common Fields Across Layouts: Maintain essential fields across all forms for consistent data capture.

  • Flexible Field Attributes: The same field can have different properties across layouts — for example, “Loan Disbursed Amount” can be mandatory and masked in Post-sales, while optional and visible in Sales.

Performance and Limits:

  • Replaces the previous “Field Customization” feature with a more advanced system.

  • Up to 5 layouts per account (including default).

  • Up to 125 fields per Lead Box (system + custom fields).

This feature brings enterprise-level flexibility, faster lead handling, and a more organized lead management experience.
