WhatsApp Two-Way Communication Inside CRM
WhatsApp Two-Way Communication brings customer conversations directly into Corefactors CRM, enabling sales and support teams to send and receive WhatsApp messages from a single interface.
Agents can initiate WhatsApp conversations using approved templates from Lead Box and Support Box. Once the customer replies, the conversation becomes active and two-way messaging is enabled inside CRM. All messages remain linked to the corresponding lead or ticket, ensuring complete context and traceability.
Important to Know:
- Initiate WhatsApp conversations from Lead Box and Support Box
- Continue conversations inside CRM after customer reply
- Send free-form text and media messages
- Maintain complete conversation history at lead and ticket level
- Works with supported WhatsApp providers - Gallabox, gupshup, AiSensy, Engagenest, Wacto
