WhatsApp Now in Lead Box

Communication is at the heart of sales, and your CRM should support the channels your customers prefer. To make engagement smoother and faster, Corefactors CRM now introduces the “WhatsApp Now” feature directly within the Lead Box.

With this enhancement, sales users can initiate WhatsApp conversations with leads straight from the Lead Box Action menu, eliminating the need to manually search for contacts in WhatsApp.

By clicking “WhatsApp Now”, WhatsApp Web opens in a new window with the customer’s number preloaded, allowing users to start chatting instantly. This helps agents respond faster, improve engagement, and meet customers where they are most active.

Note: WhatsApp conversations cannot be captured or stored inside Corefactors for future reference due to platform limitations.
