Flexi Logs

Flexi Logs allow you to create custom log forms and fields that can be recorded against leads. These logs help capture structured information for specific business use cases such as healthcare visits or lab requests.

What Are the Limits for Flexi Logs?

Before configuring Flexi Logs, consider the following constraints:

  • A maximum of five Flexi Log forms can be created
  • Each Flexi Log form can contain up to 15 fields

To Access Flexi Log Customization, Follow These Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Menu on the left side of the screen.
  2. Select Lead Box.
  3. Click Lead Box Configuration from the top right corner.
  4. Click Settings.
  5. Select Flexi Log Customization.

You will see two sections:

  • Flexi Log Section, used to create Flexi Log forms
  • Field Section, used to create and map fields

To Create a Flexi Log Form, Follow These Steps:

  1. In the Flexi Log Section, click Add Flexi Log.
  2. Enter the Flexi Log name.
  3. Enter the description, if required.
  4. Click Save.

The Flexi Log form will be created and listed in the Flexi Log section.

To Create and Map Fields to a Flexi Log Form, Follow These Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Field Section within the Flexi Log Customization area.
  2. Click Add Field.
  3. Enter the Field Name.
  4. Select the appropriate Field Type such as Date Picker or Text Box.
  5. Enter the Field Description, if required.
  6. From the dropdown, select the Flexi Log form to which the field should be mapped.
  7. Configure field attributes such as whether the field is mandatory.
  8. Click Save.

The field will be created and mapped to the selected Flexi Log form.

What Field Types Can Be Used in Flexi Logs?

Flexi Logs support the following field types based on configuration:

  • Date Picker
  • Text Box with configurable field length

To Assign Flexi Logs to Team Members, Follow These Steps:

  1. Click on the Options menu.
  2. Select the Admin option.
  3. Click Hierarchy Management to open the management window.
  4. Select the required team from the list.
  5. Click the Edit option for the selected team.
  6. In the Flexi Log Selection section, choose the required Flexi Log forms.
  7. Click Save.

The selected Flexi Log forms will now be assigned to the team members.

To Verify Assigned Flexi Logs in the Lead Box, Follow These Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Lead Box.
  2. Open a lead.
  3. Scroll to the Flexi Log section.

All assigned Flexi Log forms will be visible here.

To Add Records Using a Flexi Log Form, Follow These Steps:

  1. Open a lead from the Lead Box.
  2. Navigate to the Flexi Log section.
  3. Select the required Flexi Log form.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Enter the required details in the available fields.
  6. Click Save.

The entered data will be recorded and displayed within the respective Flexi Log form.

Where Is Flexi Log Data Stored?

All Flexi Log entries are stored within the Flexi Log section of the respective lead and remain associated with that lead.
