Target Management

Target Management allows organizations to set internal targets for leads or activities and track performance over time.

Using Target Management, you can:

  • Assign targets to specific users or teams
  • Track how much of the target is achieved and how much remains
  • Compare performance across team members
  • Compare current targets with previous months to analyze growth or decline

Where Can You Access Target Management?

Target Management is available within the Reports section under the Target Dashboard.

To Access the Target Dashboard, Follow These Steps:

  1. Click the Menu and navigate to Reports.
  2. Select Target Dashboard.

The Target Dashboard will open, displaying existing targets and performance data.

What Is Target Configuration?

Target Configuration is where you create, assign, and manage targets based on your organization’s requirements.

To Create a New Target, Follow These Steps:

  1. From the Target Dashboard, navigate to Target Configuration.
  2. Click Create Target.
  3. Enter a Target Name.
    • Target names must be unique and cannot be reused.
  4. Enter a Description for reference.
  5. Select the Target Category, such as:
    • Leads
    • Activities

To Configure a Lead-Based Target, Follow These Steps:

  1. Select Leads as the target category.
  2. Choose the Target Parameter, such as:
    • Converted Leads
    • Hot Leads
  3. Select the specific parameter you want to track, for example Converted Leads.
  4. Optionally configure Target Split By, such as Lead Source.
  5. Select one or more Lead Sources from the list.
  6. Click Next.

This defines what type of leads are counted toward the target.

To Assign the Target to Users, Follow These Steps:

  1. Choose whether the target should be assigned to:
    • Managers, or
    • Specific agents
  2. Select the required Agents from the list.
  3. Choose how the target should be distributed:
    • Equally Distributed, or
    • Agent-wise
  4. Enter the Target Value, such as the number of leads per agent.
  5. Click Next.

The target is now assigned to the selected users.

To Set Target Frequency and Period, Follow These Steps:

  1. Select the Target Frequency, such as:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
    • Quarterly
  2. Select the Target Period, such as:
    • Current month
    • Next month
    • Custom date range
  3. Confirm the start date for the target.
  4. Click Finish.

The target will be activated immediately based on the selected configuration.

What Happens After a Target Is Activated?

Once activated:

  • The target is tracked automatically based on Lead Box activity
  • Achieved values and remaining targets update in real time
  • Percentage completion is calculated automatically

How to View and Manage Existing Targets

From the Target Configuration list, you can:

  • View target details
  • Edit target configurations
  • Deactivate targets when no longer required
  • Create new targets for different periods

To View Target Performance on the Dashboard, Follow These Steps:

  1. Navigate back to the Target Dashboard.
  2. Review:
    • Total target value
    • Achieved count
    • Remaining count
    • Percentage achieved

The dashboard updates automatically based on actual lead conversions.

Can Targets Be Compared Across Time Periods?

Yes. You can compare targets across different time ranges, such as:

  • Current month vs previous month
  • Last two months vs current month

This helps analyze team performance trends over time.

What Insights Does Target Management Provide?

Target Management helps you understand:

  • How much target each team member has achieved
  • How much target is still pending
  • Whether performance is improving or declining
  • Where corrective actions may be needed to improve efficiency
