What Can You Do Using the Mobile App?

The mobile application allows you to:

  • View assigned leads
  • Add new leads
  • Update lead details
  • Add notes
  • Create tasks
  • Schedule meetings
  • Track activities
  • Upload files
  • Make calls
  • View call logs


Part 1: Logging Into the Mobile App

Step 1: Download and Open the App

  1. Download the app from the Play Store.
  2. Locate the app icon on your mobile home screen.
  3. Tap the app icon to open it.

Step 2: Enter Login Credentials

  1. Enter your Username received via email.
  2. Tap Next.
  3. Enter your Password received via email.
  4. Tap Enter.

You will now be logged into the mobile application.

Part 2: Understanding the Dashboard

After login, you will land on the Lead Dashboard.

Available Lead Views:

  • Today’s Leads
  • Weekly Leads
  • Monthly Leads
  • Custom Leads

How Custom Leads Work:

  1. Select a date range.
  2. The system displays leads within the selected range.

Part 3: Adding Dashboard Tiles

To Add a New Dashboard Tile:

  1. Tap the Plus (+) icon.
  2. Select Add Dashboard Tile.
  3. Choose the required tile.
    • Example: Open Leads
  4. Select the Tile Size.
    • Example: Small
  5. Refresh the dashboard by pulling down and releasing the screen.

The new tile will now appear on your dashboard.

Part 4: Adding a New Lead

To Add a Lead:

  1. Tap the Plus (+) icon.
  2. Select Add Lead.
  3. Enter:
    • Name
    • Mobile Number
    • Email ID
    • Lead Requirement
  4. Tap Save.

The lead will be successfully added.

Part 5: Viewing and Editing Leads

To View Assigned Leads:

  1. Select a tile such as Open Leads.
  2. Tap the tile to view the list.
  3. Double tap a lead to open Lead Info.

To Edit Lead Information:

  1. Open the lead.
  2. Tap the Pencil (Edit) icon.
  3. Modify required fields such as call status.
  4. Tap Save.

Part 6: Adding Notes to a Lead

To Add Notes:

  1. Open the lead.
  2. Scroll to the Notes section.
  3. Tap Add New Note.
  4. Enter your note.
  5. Save.

Part 7: Creating Tasks

To Create a Call Task:

  1. Open the lead.
  2. Tap Task.
  3. Select Add New Task.
  4. Choose Task Type as Call.
  5. Select Date and Time.
  6. Add Description.
  7. Tap Save.

The task will now be created.

To Create a Meeting:

  1. Open the lead.
  2. Tap Add Meeting.
  3. Choose Meeting Type:
    • Offline
    • Online

For Offline Meeting:

  • Select your location.
  • Mark customer location on the map.

For Online Meeting:

  • Enter meeting link (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
  • Select start and end time.
  • Add description.
  • Save.

Part 8: Managing Lead Location

To Add Location to a Lead:

  1. Open the lead.
  2. Select Add Location.
  3. Choose the location.
  4. The system auto-fills:
    • City
    • State
    • Country

Part 9: Uploading Files

To Upload a File:

  1. Open the lead.
  2. Tap Upload File.
  3. Select the document.
  4. Save.

The document will be attached to the lead.

Part 10: Viewing Activity History

To View Activity:

  1. Open the lead.
  2. Tap Activity.

You can view:

  • Lead creation details
  • Calls made
  • Notes added
  • Tasks created
  • Emails sent
  • Status updates

All activity is tracked chronologically.

Part 11: Managing Tasks

To View All Tasks:

  1. Tap the Task Icon.
  2. View all created tasks.

To Complete a Task:

  1. Open the task.
  2. Swipe left or right.
  3. Mark as Completed.

Part 12: Making Calls from the App

Method 1: Call from Lead

  1. Long press on a lead name.
  2. Tap the Call icon.
  3. The call will connect through the app.

Method 2: Call from Lead Info

  1. Open the lead.
  2. Tap the Call icon.
  3. The call will be triggered.

Part 13: Viewing Call Logs

To View Call Logs:

  1. Tap the Call Section.
  2. View:
    • Calls made
    • Call history
    • Lead call activity

You can monitor how many calls were made for each lead.
