What Can You Do from Call Logs?

The Call Logs section allows you to:

  • View all calls made by you and your team
  • Listen to recorded conversations
  • Download call recordings
  • Filter calls by date range
  • Add a new lead directly from a call log


Accessing Call Logs

To View Call Logs, Follow These Steps:

  1. Click the three-line (Menu) icon.
  2. Select Call Logs.

The Call Logs page will display all calls made by you and your users.

Listening to Call Recordings

How to Play a Call Recording

Call recordings are available only for answered calls.

To listen to a recording:

  1. Navigate to the Call Logs page.
  2. Locate the desired call entry.
  3. Go to the Duration column.
  4. Click the Play button.

If the call was answered, the recorded conversation will begin playing.

How to Download a Call Recording

  1. Locate the desired call entry.
  2. Click the three-dot (⋮) action menu.
  3. Select Download.

The call recording will be downloaded to your system.

Viewing Calls by Date

How to Filter Calls by Date

On the Call Logs page, use the calendar filter located in the top right corner.

Available options include:

  • Today
  • This Week
  • This Month
  • Custom Range

To View Calls for a Specific Period, Follow These Steps:

  1. Click the calendar filter.
  2. Select the desired option:
    • Choose Today to view calls made today.
    • Choose This Week to view weekly calls.
    • Choose This Month to view monthly calls.
    • Choose Custom Range to define specific dates.
  3. The call list will update automatically.

If no calls were made during the selected period, the system will display No Records.

Adding a Lead from Call Logs

When Can You Add a Lead from Call Logs?

If a number in the Call Logs is not yet saved as a lead, you can create a new lead directly from the call entry.

To Add a Lead from Call Logs, Follow These Steps:

  1. Go to the Call Logs page.
  2. Locate the desired phone number.
  3. Click the blue Action icon.
  4. Select Add Lead.
  5. A pop-up window will appear.
  6. Enter the required lead information:
    • First Name
    • Lead Owner
    • Additional details as needed
  7. Note:
    • The Mobile Number will be auto-filled.
    • The Lead Source may automatically reflect as Call List.
  8. Click Save.

A confirmation message will appear stating that the lead was created successfully.

Where Does the Newly Created Lead Appear?

  1. Navigate to the Lead Box.
  2. The newly created lead will appear at the top of the Lead List.

This ensures quick access to recently added leads.
