What Is a Saved Filter in the Lead Box?

A Saved Filter allows you to:

  • Quickly view leads based on specific conditions
  • Avoid applying the same filter repeatedly
  • Set a preferred lead view as default
  • Improve daily workflow efficiency

Example:
You want to view only leads in the Prospect stage every time you open the Lead Box.


Part 1: Creating and Saving a Filter

Step 1: Open the Lead Box

  1. Click the three-line (Menu) icon.
  2. Select Lead Box.

All leads will be displayed.

Step 2: Apply a Filter Condition

  1. Click the Filter option located in the top right corner.
  2. In the filter search bar:
    • Select Lead Stage.
    • Choose the condition Equals.
    • Select the value Prospect.
  3. Click Search.

Only Prospect leads will now be displayed.

Step 3: Save the Filter

  1. In the Filter Name text box (next to Save Filter), enter a name.
    • Example: Prospect Leads
  2. Click Save Filter.

The filter is now successfully saved.

Part 2: Accessing Saved Filters

Where Can You Find Saved Filters?

  1. In the Lead Box, locate the filter dropdown near the top.
  2. Click the dropdown.
  3. Scroll to view saved filters.
  4. Select the saved filter.
    • Example: Prospect Leads
  5. Click Search.

All Prospect leads will appear instantly.

Part 3: Setting a Saved Filter as Default

Why Set a Default Filter?

If you frequently work on specific leads, such as Prospect leads, you can set that filter as default so it loads automatically.

To Make a Filter Default, Follow These Steps:

  1. Select the saved filter.
  2. Click the Make Default option.
  3. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
  4. Click OK.

Now, whenever you:

  • Open the Lead Box
  • Refresh the page

The selected filter will automatically apply.

Only the filtered leads will be displayed.

Part 4: Viewing All Leads Again

If you want to remove the filter and view all leads:

  1. Click the filter dropdown.
  2. Select My Leads or the default lead view.
  3. Click Search.

All leads assigned to you will now be displayed.

What Can You Filter By?

You can create filters based on:

  • Lead Stage
  • Lead Source
  • Lead Owner
  • Disposition
  • Date
  • Any available lead field

Each filter can be saved for repeated use.
