Part 1: Integrating Engagenest WhatsApp with CRM
Prerequisites
Before starting:
- Ensure you have login access to the Engagenest WhatsApp Panel
- Ensure your WhatsApp templates are approved
- Keep your API Key ready from Engagenest
Step 1: Open Integration Settings in CRM
- Log in to the CRM.
- Click the three-line (Menu) icon.
- Select Integration.
- Click WhatsApp.
Step 2: Retrieve API Key from Engagenest Panel
- Open a new browser tab.
- Log in to your Engagenest WhatsApp Panel.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click API Settings.
- Locate the API Key.
- Copy the API Key.
Step 3: Connect Engagenest WhatsApp to CRM
- Return to the CRM Integration page.
- Click Connect under Engagenest WhatsApp.
- Paste the API Key into the provided field.

- Select Application as Lead.
- Select Event as Lead Creation.
- Add condition:
- Field: Lead Source
